About me

Reflexology became an important part of my life when I was looking for an alternative to orthodox treatments three years ago for a back problem. I was surprised and fascinated by how this gentle therapy worked and how it helped me emotionally and physically. I wanted to find out more which lead me to eventually train as a reflexologist and a complete change in life style.

I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists and have an AOR Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology. I abide by the Association's Codes of Practice and Ethics which aim to maintain a high standard of practice and client care.

I am also a qualified babyreflex practitioner babyreflex is a natural gentle therapy which can benefit both babies and parents.

I am based just outside Hereford which is easily accessible from Leominster, Ledbury, Bromyard, Kington and Wormbridge.

I offer a mobile reflexology service within Herefordshire and Powys daytimes, most evenings and weekends, which will enable you to have the benefits of reflexology treatments in your own home.
